There are six pieces of downloadable content (DLC) for Bethesda Game Studios ' action role-playing video game Fallout 4. Released once a month from April to August 2016, each expansion pack adds a variety of different content, with Far Harbor being the largest in terms of additional gameplay and Nuka-World being the largest in terms of file size. For example, if you want to spawn a Harpoon Gun in your inventory, type the following command:player.addItem ##010b81 1## refers to the FORM ID. Depending on the number of mods / expansions installed, your load order will be different.
To resolve this issue, simply test your Far Harbor load order number by testing the following commands:player.addItem 01010b81 1

Etc.
Once you learn the FORM ID of Far Harbor, replace all Far Harbor Content ID [##] entries with your particular number; 01, 02, 03, 04, and so on.

License checking 
Go to Settings, choose PlayStation Network/Account Management then select Restore Licenses option.
Switch the console on and off:

Disconnect the machine's power cable and wait for 10 seconds.

Check downloads queue:
While on Home screen, navigate to the My Games and apps menu by holding (RT) and pressing (A).
Go to Queue to check whether the download and install process is complete.
Re-install the add-on:
While on Home screen, navigate to the My Games and apps menu by holding (RT) and pressing (A).
Go to Fallout 4 and press (Menu) button.
Choose Manage game.
Choose the Automatron add-on to start the download, from the Ready to install column.
As well, you can have your console start manual download process by itself by giving instructions. You can also seek help by contacting Xbox Support.
PC
To start off troubleshooting this problem on PC, try enabling and disabling your mods. After disabling your mods try out the following procedures:
Close and Start Steam:
On the top-right of the steam client, click Steam then select exit.
Open the Steam again to see if the DLC is shown.
Ensure the DLC is active on your Steam Account
Sign in to your Steam account.
Go to Library.
Right-click on Fallout.
Select View Downloadable Content.
For Automatron DLC to begin downloading, make sure you enable Install checkbox. You may need to uncheck and re-check the box for surety.
Check status of the download:
Sign in to you Steam account.
Click on Library and then choose Downloads at the bottom.
Fallout will be listed as 'Ready to Play' after the download is completed.
Verify integrity on game cache:
Sign in to your Steam account.
Go to Library.
Right-click on Fallout 4.
Choose properties.
Choose Local files tab and click Verify integrity of game cache button.
At this point, Steam will verify the game's files-process may take some minutes.
Once the process is completed, open Fallout 4 to check if the problem is solved.
